In Chapter 4 there is part called “Problems commonly encountered in the existing system” which you will state all of the problems that the user experiencing using the existing system. This is not universal so you must ask your thesis adviser if you need this part.

There are some factors that need to be considered before scheduling can be completed. It is impossible, given the current method, that errors will not occur. The number one problem encountered is the conflict of the scheduling. This is due to the number of variables involved. These variables are both with the instructors and students that are inherently common whenever the human element is involved. Sometimes the field of expertise of teachers do not match with the requirements of the subject being assigned to them. There are also non-human elements such as room availability and database failure.
